Brewing Method
- Using the inverted method, add coffee.
- Start timer, add 80ml water, and bloom for 30 seconds.
- Add 20ml more water and stir vigorously for 10 seconds.
- At 1:00 minute total brew time, add cap with filter paper and flip AeroPress onto your cup.
- Slowly press over the next 40 seconds.
- Top up with 100 ml hot water.
